NE-WPI Performance Update

At the end of Day 1 (Saturday), the Robotomies were undefeated (8-0) and were ranked #1. They had another 4 qualifying matches Sunday morning. By the end of that, their record was 9-2-1 and they were ranked #3. This was an incredible accomplishment!
Only the top 8 teams get to move on to the finals held in the afternoon. Since the Robotomies were #3, they got to choose their 2 alliances and head into the quarter finals. The team was disappointed to lose the tie breaker in the quarter finals. However, they should be so proud of themselves and their robot because they made it farther than anyone expected. Their robot was able to beat every defense, every time!
Now it is on to the next regional competition in Providence, RI on March 25th and 26th. Expect more great things from this team!
