Team 1277 competed at the NE District Greater Bost

Team 1277 competed at the NE District Greater Boston Event in Revere, MA, last weekend. While we didn’t bring home the win this time, we are so proud of how our team performed and the experiences we gained. Huge thanks to our alliance partners @timberwolves1153, @kwarqs2423, and @robotsbythec. It was an amazing experience competing alongside so many great teams, and it couldn’t have been possible without all the mentors, students, sponsors, and supporters. This was an unforgettable weekend for Team 1277 as they earned their first-ever win in the team’s history at last week’s Granite State Competition at Bedford, NH.

Shout out to our incredible alliance team captain @frc3467 Windham Windup, and our alliance members @team4909 Bionics and @frcteam11157 Winnacunnet. Special thanks to all the volunteers, mentors, judges, and everyone that made this event possible. We are grateful to be involved in such a wonderful FRC commmunity!

Last month we traveled to the National Air Guard Pease Base for their National Guard Air Show and for their FIRST Robotics (unofficial) Competition! We were able to get great seats to the air show, and get in on some sick competition with other teams from the area. Welcome to our team the Robotomies! We are a team founded in Groton, Massachusetts, we have about 20-30 members every year. Each year we travel to WPI, Salem, NH, High School, and the annual FIRST Kickoff in Manchester, NH, where it all started! We value hard teamwork and community. As a way to continue our growth as a team over thi

As a way to continue our growth as a team over this time of quarantine while FIRST competitions are cancelled, we decided to build a miniature version of a robot that can complete all of the tasks of this years competition. 🤖 How do we manage the small size? Arduino and 3D printed parts! And instead of power cells, 🔋we’re using ping pong balls. 🏓 This challenge is designed to help teams build their CAD and coding skills, and we suggest other teams try the same. 🤓💻We challenge teams @team_1729 @frc1922 and @frcteam88 to build MINIBOTS of their own!
